i came up the opening line while on the bus coming home from work in Montreal. in a lot of ways its a company piece to Grains Of Sand. the stubborn horse that won't break is myself unhappy in my current living situation.
the last verse of the song is a call back to the last verse of Die & Carry On. sort of as a last will and testament that i want my loved ones to follow when my time ends.
and while my pride sometimes get hurt, and days go by too quickly, when i am sitting high i really do feel fine.
